Первая тренировка прошла успешно. 30.5 км за 6:20. Средняя 4.75 км/ч. Нагрузка стандартная - 20 кг.
Снега по колено и местами выше. Воды тоже пропасть.
Пробовал портянки. Думал что на голени они будут сохнуть, и буду менять стороны. Ага. Дулю. Вода по голени стекает наоборот - весь верх мокрый. Сухо было только под ступней. И то из-за того что стелька работала.

Тренировка завтра (18.04.15) в 9-00 от парка Кирова до Кудряшовского.

Кворума в 3ем классе нету. Из новосиба всего 1 автобус едет. Мельчает марафон )
